Nichole joined СÓÅÊÓÆµ in 2022 as an Academic Coordinator for the Faculty of Health Disciplines. Through СÓÅÊÓÆµ, she obtained both her Bachelor of Nursing (Post LPN to BN) and a Master of Nursing (with a teaching focus). She has been in nursing since 2006 and has enjoyed working in a diverse range of nursing fields. She has presented, authored and co-authored research including topics related to nursing curricula, excellence in online teaching, arts-based teaching strategies, humanizing the online learning environment, and topics related to community nursing.
Nichole’s nurse educator practice is grounded in a caring and compassionate pedagogy which respects and acknowledges the diverse uniqueness of her learners. She enjoys co-creating meaningful learning spaces that are accessible, inclusive, and learner-centered.
