СÓÅÊÓƵ

Thomas A. Edge Archives and Special Collections is the official repository for СÓÅÊÓƵ’s archival collections and corporate records of permanent value created and received by University officers and employees in the course of their duties and on behalf of the institution. The wider University community is documented by selectively acquiring the private papers of faculty, staff, students, and university-related groups. It also houses a growing collection of private papers which reflect areas of research interest on campus.

The Archives serves as the central repository for recorded data in all formats created by, for and about СÓÅÊÓƵ. These records document the full history of СÓÅÊÓƵ; from its creation to present. To ensure that researchers, now and in the future, have access to information about СÓÅÊÓƵ, archival records are carefully preserved, described, and inventoried.

Access to certain material may be restricted by either the donor or the Archives due to various reasons, including but not limited to: private or privileged information in a collection, easy accessibility of the material from another source, or the fragility of the documents. Archival material is non-circulating and may not be removed from the Archives.
